Christina B. PerezChristina Perez concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate law. She counsels developers, small businesses and individuals in a variety of real estate matters, including sales, acquisitions, development and leasing matters. She also regularly represents condominium and townhome associations.
Prior to joining DKMO, Christina practiced in a mid-size firm in downtown Chicago for over a decade. In 2015 and 2016, she was recognized as an “Emerging Lawyer” in Real Estate Law by Leading Lawyer Magazine, a designation awarded to less than 2 percent of Illinois attorneys 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 or fewer years.
Christina earned her B.S. in economics from the University of Illinois with honors in 2000, and earned her J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law with honors in 2003.
Christina lives in Arlington Heights with her husband and two children. She speaks fluent German and conversational French.
