Christina B. Perez
Christina concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate law. She counsels developers, small businesses and individuals in a variety of real estate matters, including sales, acquisitions, development, and leasing matters. She also regularly represents condominium and townhome associations.
Christina grew up in Arlington Heights and later in neighboring Rolling Meadows. Prior to joining DKMO, Christina practiced in a mid-size firm in downtown Chicago for over a decade. She lives in Arlington Heights with her husband, Mario, and their two children. She speaks fluent German and conversational French.
