Elizabeth S. O’Kelly

Liz is experienced in all aspects of corporate law, transactional, and healthcare regulatory matters, and advises new and existing clients regarding maintenance and planning. She is also well-versed in commercial real estate transactions, financings, and employment law counseling.

Liz lives in Arlington Heights with her husband, Tom Kivlahan, and their son, Chris.

Experience

Liz joined DKMO in 2007. Her prior experience includes serving as senior in-house counsel and Corporate Compliance Executive for Northwestern Memorial Hospital, concentrating in corporate, transactional, and regulatory healthcare law. She also served as Vice President and General Counsel of Lutheran General Healthcare System (now part of Advocate Healthcare) and as an associate with a large Chicago law firm.
