Bio
Zaia Zaia is a Real Estate Paralegal and Staff Training Manager at DKMO, bringing more than 10 years of experience to the firm’s residential real estate practice. He works closely with attorneys, clients, and the real estate team to help coordinate transactions and keep matters moving efficiently from contract through closing.
Zaia earned an associate degree in Paralegal Studies and a B.A. in Paralegal Studies from Loyola University Chicago. He also holds certification in Litigation and Corporate Practice. In his role as Staff Training Manager, Zaia helps train and support DKMO staff, sharing his knowledge and experience to promote consistency, efficiency, and strong client service across the firm.
Outside of the office, Zaia enjoys spending time with his family, especially his niece and nephews.
